Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Indoor Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Indoor Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our indoor sales and operations related to industrial valves. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial valves or a related field, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope:

· Handle customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.

· Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.

· Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and shipping departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

· Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

· Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and generating reports.

· Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

· Address customer issues, concerns, and returns promptly and professionally.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and offers.

· Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.

· Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.

· Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not compulsory).

· Proven experience in indoor sales coordination, preferably in the industrial valve sector.

· Strong knowledge of industrial valves and related products.

· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in using computer software for data entry, order processing, and communication.

· Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

· Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.

· Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues professionally.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
