• Assist with data entry and maintenance of accounting records
• Help prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly closing procedures
• Organize and maintain financial documents and files
• Help prepare basic financial reports and schedules
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
