Responsibilities
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist in preparing data, reports of daily census and enquiries.
- To assist in proper filing of documents
- To handle residents/sponsors’ feedback in a professional manner.
- To ensure operations and care documentations are up-to-date and to localize contents when it is necessary.
- To review Case Files and bed location of residents.
- To attend and follow-up promptly on walk-in and telephone enquiries,
- To assist in sourcing for marketing strategies in exploring new sources of referrals, including planning and organizing branding or other networking events.
- To assist on digital marketing on online platform.
- To support sales and marketing team in the administration and after sales services.
- To gather idea on to promote and market company service.
- To look into ways in improving the day-to-day operation processes.
- To support sales and marketing team in the administration and after sales services.
- To perform duties tasked by trainer of the organization
Pay: RM700.00 per month
