Working Conditions:

• Physical demands: Standing, walking, kneeling, repetitive hand movements (seeding, transplanting, packing)
• Environment - Mix of indoor (controlled-environment grow rooms, nursery, office) and outdoor (greenhouse, site installations). Warm and humid conditions are the norm.
• Hours: 9 am to 6 pm
• Duration: Minimum 3 months

This is not a coffee-fetching internship. From day one, you'll be elbow-deep in hydroponic systems, learning how a tech-driven farm operates, and growing quality crops consistently to meet real customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crop Production - Seeding, transplanting, monitoring, and harvesting across hydroponic systems.
• Customer Engagement - Represent CityFarm at the storefront, events, and workshops.
• Project Participation - Fully participate in new system installations
• E-Commerce Support - Assist with picking, packing, and dispatching online orders
