Internship: Technical Application Engineer
(Engineering / Physics Background)

Monthly Allowance: RM1,000++ (Basic + Performance Allowance)

Position Overview ​

Looking for a hands-on engineering internship that isn't just sitting behind a coding screen? Victor Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Engineering student to dive into material testing technology. You will gain intensive, real-world experience troubleshooting advanced machinery, handling client installations, and designing custom physical components. ​

Key Responsibilities ​Machine

-Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial testing machinery and Universal Testing Machines (UTM). ​

-Calibration: Perform precise equipment calibration to maintain industrial testing standards.

-​Field Engineering: Assist with the installation, commissioning, and end-user training of new machinery at client sites. ​

-Material Testing: Execute hands-on testing on customer-submitted material samples.

-​CAD Design: Draw and design custom fixtures and grips tailored for UTM applications. ​

-Reporting: Write clear technical reports for testing, calibration, and repair services.

​Requirements

​1)Pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Materials, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

​2)Basic proficiency in CAD software (for custom fixture design). ​

3)Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. ​

4)Meticulous attention to detail for technical documentation. ​

5)Available for 4 to 6 months. ​
