岗位职责
The DCU Assistant is responsible for supporting document control activities to ensure all company and project documents are properly managed, recorded, distributed, and archived in accordance with company procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in receiving, registering, numbering, and distributing incoming and outgoing documents
Maintain and update document registers, logs, and tracking records
Ensure documents are properly filed (softcopy and hardcopy) and easily retrievable
Monitor document revisions and ensure only the latest approved versions are in use
Support internal departments and project teams in document submission and retrieval
Coordinate with engineers, project teams, consultants, and external parties on document control matters
Assist in audits, reviews, and document handover processes
Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and standards
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the DCU Officer / Document Controller
Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
1–2 years of experience in document control or administrative support
Familiar with document control systems and filing methods
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in construction / engineering / project-based environment
Familiar with ISO documentation practices
Experience using EDMS or document management systems
