Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Support end-users with IT-related issues.
• Participate in system setup, updates, and security monitoring.
• Assist with data entry, system testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to ongoing IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
