Lead and coordinate the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring adherence to project timeliness and objectives.
To leads and train engineers in manufacturing processing, customer drawings and specifications, tooling and gaging approval and quality requirements
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring efficiency, quality and scalability.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in the NPI process.
Collaborate with the quality team to establish quality standards for new products and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop documentation to support production (work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings, product labels.
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in the NPI process and implement appropriate changes.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components for new product manufacturing.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time by Management and Superior
Job Requirement
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree
At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
Able to work independently on identifying, planning, executing, reviewing and driving projects and delivering the intended results that aligning with the Company’s growth direction.
