Job Summary
The Admin Intern will support daily administrative and office operations, including documentation, filing, data entry, coordination, and general clerical tasks. This role is suitable for students who want practical exposure to office administration and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining company records.
- Support data entry and update internal databases, trackers, and reports.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative documents.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, deliveries, and office activities.
- Handle general office support such as stationery, pantry, courier, and supplies monitoring.
- Assist with basic invoice, purchase order, claims, or payment documentation when required.
- Support communication with internal departments, vendors, or service providers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office filing and storage areas.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
