- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and helpful attitude
- Direct customers to the appropriate person/office
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a SPM or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service and /or reception role
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Able to speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
