We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with proven expertise in complex heavy machinery to strengthen our engineering team.

You will design, develop, optimize, and support advanced electrical and automation systems for large-scale, high-speed egg processing machines that operate in demanding industrial environments. This role is critical in ensuring reliability, efficiency, safety, and continuous innovation in our world-class solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Electrical Engineer working with complicated heavy machinery or high-speed automated production lines.
• Strong background in industrial equipment similar to food processing, packaging, material handling, or high-volume automated systems (egg processing experience is a big advantage).

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in electrical design tools (EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of power electronics, motors, sensors, and integration of vision/robotic systems.
• Understanding of functional safety (ISO 13849, IEC 61508) and machinery safety standards would be added advantage.
• Ability to read and create complex multidisciplinary technical drawings.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel for commissioning and customer support.
• Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure, production-critical environments.
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food processing, packaging machinery, or high-speed automated lines.
• Knowledge of hygienic design principles and wash-down environments.
• Experience with electrification, energy efficiency improvements, or predictive maintenance technologies.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
