JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Position

Project Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring project activities are completed according to schedule, budget, and client requirements while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from commencement to completion.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding project requirements and progress.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved as scheduled.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
• Resolve project issues and provide timely updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
• Coordinate project handover and completion documentation.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for site visits (if required).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project coordination, interior fit-out, event management, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or related software is an advantage.

Salary

• RM4,000 - RM4,200
