To support the administration team in daily office operations, documentation, coordination, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Handle filing, documentation, and data entry
- Prepare letters, reports, and basic documents
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Manage office supplies and maintain proper records
- Support HR and operation team when required
- Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Ensure documents are properly organized and updated
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
- Assist in maintenance coordination, including building upkeep, cleanliness, and office stock procurement.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree students in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and in a team
