Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle for internship students, covering sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and intern requirements.
- Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, including offer letters, NDAs, and other essential forms.
- Conduct candidate screening and create shortlists of top-quality applicants.
- Explore and suggest new recruitment channels to enhance hiring effectiveness.
- Support talent sourcing and headhunting initiatives to identify potential candidates.
- Participate in recruitment efforts by fostering strategic partnerships with universities and colleges for internship programs.
