ABOUT US
Suria & Sonne Sdn Bhd is established in 2015, with our business primary focus in providing
sustainable energy solutions, primarily in Solar PV industry. Apart from the Solar PV system
design & engineering, turnkey solution, consultancy and O&M, we are also the expert for
Electric Mobility, Energy Storage, Energy Digitalization and other sustainable energy
solutions. Our company is certified by SEDA (M), GreenTech Malaysia, CIDB, ST and MOF as
a Solar PV System service provider. We are also proud of our success in being certified
with ISO Quality Management System 9001:2015 and achieved 3-star rating by SME Corp
Malaysia.
We may be young, but we are very much fast paced & goal driven. In just less than 7 years
since our inception, we have successfully commissioned more than 20 MWp projects to
date. We have made our presence felt not only in the local market, but also internationally
whereby we have recently completed a 1.25 MWp project in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
In short, we are superheroes by profession, because saving the earth, is what we do.
Internship Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern from a Business Administration background to support our Finance Department in daily financial and administrative operations. The intern will gain practical exposure in finance administration, documentation, reporting, coordination, and office support functions.
This internship provides an opportunity to learn corporate finance administration processes and gain hands-on working experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Finance team in daily administrative and finance-related tasks
· Support in preparing, organizing, and filing financial documents and records
· Assist in data entry and updating accounting/finance information into internal systems
· Help prepare invoices, payment records, purchase requests, and supporting documents
· Assist in tracking expenses, claims, and payment status
· Support the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for management review
· Coordinate with internal departments for document collection and follow-ups
· Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing systems
· Perform other ad-hoc administrative and finance support duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
· Candidate must be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
· Teamwork and attention to detail

Pay: RM100.00 - RM500.00 per month
