Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily packing of parcels according to company’s SOP and quality standards.
- Check and verify items against order lists before packing to avoid errors.
- Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and arrangement of parcels for courier pick-up.
- Monitor stock of packing materials (boxes, tapes, bubble wrap, etc.) and report shortages.
- Assist in unloading, sorting, and arranging stock in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with courier service providers for parcel collection and delivery schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
- Support inventory checks and assist in recording incoming/outgoing stock.
- Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform other operational support tasks as required.
Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce packing is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting and moving of parcels.
- Detail-oriented and careful in handling goods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
Working Conditions:
- Based in warehouse/packing area.
- Working hours: Standard office/shift hours (may include weekends or overtime during peak seasons).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
