Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily packing of parcels according to company’s SOP and quality standards.
• Check and verify items against order lists before packing to avoid errors.
• Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and arrangement of parcels for courier pick-up.
• Monitor stock of packing materials (boxes, tapes, bubble wrap, etc.) and report shortages.
• Assist in unloading, sorting, and arranging stock in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with courier service providers for parcel collection and delivery schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Support inventory checks and assist in recording incoming/outgoing stock.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other operational support tasks as required.

Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce packing is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting and moving of parcels.
• Detail-oriented and careful in handling goods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills are an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Based in warehouse/packing area.
• Working hours: Standard office/shift hours (may include weekends or overtime during peak seasons).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
