We are a growing HRD Corp training provider focused on developing the blue-collar workforce (logistics, operations, frontline teams). Our work involves real client engagement, training coordination, and solving workplace challenges—not just theory.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct research and gather relevant information for training programs and client requirements
- Source, compare, and evaluate quotations from vendors, venues, and service providers
- Assist in designing training materials and handbooks (content structuring, basic layout using tools like Canva or PowerPoint)
- Support preparation and coordination of training sessions (participants, documentation)
- Explore and propose creative ideas for team building activities and training programmes
- Assist in improving internal processes and operational workflows
- Able to take photos/videos and create simple content for marketing or branding purposes (e.g. training highlights, short videos, behind-the-scenes)

Who We’re Looking For
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized

Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM400.00 - RM800.00 per month
