Job Descriptions:
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipt, and ensure the supporting documents are adequately documented in the file / system.
- To perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/other requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Execute administration support to the team and other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Review and maintain office documents for the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
- Responsible, pleasant personality, able to work independently, and a team player.
- Arrange for the prompt delivery of the document required.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit and ensure compliance and alignment of accounting policies and procedures with government regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
- Experience in administration and bookkeeping will be an added advantage.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel & MS word, SQL System (must be an advantage)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Candidate who has transport will be an added advantage.
