Job Title: Operations Intern (Warehouse SOP & Documentation)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and structured Operations Intern to support the development of a comprehensive Warehouse Operational Handbook (A–Z).

This role will work closely with the Operations, Fulfilment, and IT teams to document, standardize, and improve warehouse processes across the full workflow—from inbound to outbound.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SOP Development & Documentation

• Assist in creating a complete Warehouse Operational Handbook, covering:
• Inbound receiving & QC process
• Putaway & storage management
• Inventory control & cycle counting
• Picking & packing workflows
• Outbound & delivery coordination
• Returns & reverse logistics
• Translate operational activities into clear, structured SOPs, flowcharts, and checklists

2. Process Mapping & Improvement

• Observe daily warehouse operations and map out end-to-end workflows
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies in current practices
• Propose improvements aligned with best practices or case studies

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with:
• Warehouse Operations Team
• Customer Success / Customer Service Team
• IT Team (OMS/WMS processes)
• Gather inputs and validate SOP accuracy with stakeholders

4. System & Data Documentation

• Document system-related workflows:
• OMS / WMS workflows
• Order processing flows
• Inventory tracking and reporting
• Support creation of user guides for internal teams and customers

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in:
• Logistics / Supply Chain
• Industrial Engineering
• Business Administration
• or related fields
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Good command of written English (ability to write clear SOPs)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint/ Canva
• Detail-oriented, structured, and willing to go on-ground in warehouse environment

Duration:

• Internship period: 3 – 6 months (preferred)
