A Printing Production Assistant supports print shop operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining printing machinery (offset, digital, large format). Responsibilities include preparing materials, finishing tasks (cutting, laminating, binding), ensuring quality standards, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Scope of works :

• Machine Operation: Set up, load, and operate printing machines (e.g., large format, digital) to produce jobs.
• Production Support: Assist with printing, collating, binding, cutting, folding, and trimming materials.
• Quality Control: Monitor output to ensure quality and accuracy, checking against job specifications (colors, fonts, layout).
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment (refilling toner).
• File Management:
• Assist in receiving files, performing pre-flight checks, and preparing files for print.
• Workflow Coordination: Organize job tickets, manage production logs, and assist with inventory tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
