1. To organize and supervise QA Inspectors. Supervise and control his/her subordinates including the recommendations for leave approval and issuing of work instructions.

2. To interact with other sections to ensure smooth production flow.

3. To submit quality report - daily; weekly and monthly. To ensure that written procedures are effectively practiced and implemented.

4. To perform task other than specified and as directed by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/STPM/SPM.

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in glove industry.

3. Good supervisory skills.

4. Able to read, write and speak English well.

5. Skill in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).

6. Experienced in supervisory is added advantage.
