Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Intern to support our administrative and office operations. This role provides exposure to office management, outlet coordination, documentation management, and vendor liaison. The intern will assist the team in ensuring smooth daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing outlet equipment and placing orders for pantry items, office equipment, and office stationery.
- Support the maintenance of office facilities such as air-conditioning, lighting, and cleaning schedules.
- Monitor and manage office stationery inventory and ensure sufficient stock.
- Assist in preparing regular reports related to maintenance and outlet utility expenses.
- Support work permit application processes for outlet employees.
- Assist in handling FOSIM registrations including new applications and renewals.
- Assist in managing fire extinguisher applications and renewal processes.
- Liaise with vendors to monitor pest control services at outlets and assist in submitting monthly reports to mall management.
- Support administrative tasks related to the Company Information System and daily office procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records management.
- Perform any other administrative duties or tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
