Job Title: Social Media HR Intern (Sales Agent Recruitment Focus)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Saturday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

LS Smart Machinery is a leader in industrial food processing automation. We are currently expanding our remote sales force and are looking for a creative HR Intern to lead the digital recruitment drive for our Sales Agent program.

Role Summary

The primary focus of this internship is to source, attract, and engage potential Sales Agents through creative digital marketing. This role combines high-volume recruitment with social media strategy to build a robust pipeline of remote sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Content Generation: Use AI tools to create high-conversion recruitment copy for Rednote (Xiaohongshu), Facebook, and Instagram specifically targeting aspiring Sales Agents.
• Poster Blasting: Execute mass-distribution of hiring posters across Facebook Groups and community boards to capture leads for the Sales Agent position.
• Video Branding: Produce and edit short-form videos (TikTok/CapCut) that highlight the benefits of being an LS Smart Machinery Sales Agent, such as flexible working hours and commission-based income.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for individuals with backgrounds in F&B, bakery, or industrial sales to join as commission-based agents.
• Company Phone Follow-Up: Act as the first point of contact via the Company Phone, using WhatsApp to verify candidate interest and guide them through the initial screening process.
• Career Day Execution: Assist in organizing and promoting Career Day events to showcase Sales Agent opportunities to fresh graduates and job seekers.

Job Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Digital Skills: Highly proficient in TikTok, Instagram, and Rednote with a talent for creating engaging visual content.
• Communication: Confident phone and text communication skills to handle high volumes of inquiries professionally.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, creative, and capable of working independently to meet recruitment targets.
