Strong interest in branding, content creation, or digital marketing.
Good sense of creativity, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn).
Basic skills in design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar) are a plus.
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
A team player who enjoys collaboration and creative problem-solving.

岗位职责

Assist in executing branding and marketing initiatives focused on attracting talents across digital platforms.
Create short-form videos specifically designed to drive applications and engagement.
Managing and maintaining the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, XHS, Reels.
Collaborate with the hiring team to brainstorm and turn viewers into qualified candidates.
Conduct research on market trends and competitor recruitment strategies, and talent attraction insights.
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or employer branding activities.
Support in designing basic marketing materials such as posters, slides, and digital assets.
Track and analyse content performance to suggest improvements and optimize engagement.
