• Identify and resolve site issues, including damaged materials, incorrect dimensions, installation errors, and workmanship defects.
• Review construction drawings and propose improvements to avoid design mistakes.
• Inspect completed works to ensure the required quality standards are achieved and coordinate rectification works where necessary.
• Monitor site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and requirements.
• Report site progress, issues, and corrective actions to the Site Manager and Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (experience-based candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work 6 days/week (Mon–Sat, 8:30am–5:00pm).
• Knowledge of stainless steel/metal works is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
