About the role

We are seeking a Accounting Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's overall accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents

• Reconcile bank statements

• Preparation of financial statements

• Provide administrative support

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and systems

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and final distributions

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Bookkeeping or Accounting Executive role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures

• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
