GENERAL PRACTITIONER (GP)Full-Time | Dedicated Medical & Surgical Practice

Klinik MyFam is looking for a dedicated, responsible and patient-focused General Practitioner (GP) to join our team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a doctor who enjoys hands-on clinical practice, is confident managing common medical conditions, and has an interest in developing strong skills in minor surgical and procedural work.

This is an opportunity for a GP who wants to be actively involved in patient care and grow professionally in a supportive general practice environment.

YOUR ROLE

As a General Practitioner at Klinik MyFam, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, including:

Medical Practice

• Assess, diagnose and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide appropriate treatment and follow-up for patients.
• Perform clinical assessments and develop appropriate management plans.
• Manage common primary care conditions across different age groups.
• Provide preventive healthcare, health screening and lifestyle counselling.
• Recognise medical conditions requiring referral and arrange appropriate specialist care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and clinical records.
• Provide appropriate patient education and counselling.

Minor Surgical & Procedural Practice

The role also involves hands-on minor surgical and procedural work, including where appropriate:

• Wound assessment and management.
• Wound cleaning, dressing and follow-up.
• Suturing and wound closure.
• Abscess incision and drainage.
• Management of minor injuries.
• Removal of sutures and wound review.
• Minor procedures performed within the scope of general practice and the doctor's competency.
• Other common outpatient procedures as required.

Doctors with a strong interest in minor surgery, wound care, musculoskeletal conditions or procedural medicine are particularly encouraged to apply.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR WHO IS

• Fully registered and qualified to practise as a medical doctor in Malaysia.
• Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and holds a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Responsible, professional and committed to patient care.
• Confident in clinical assessment and decision-making.
• Comfortable managing both routine and urgent primary care presentations.
• Willing to perform hands-on medical and minor surgical procedures.
• Able to work independently while functioning well within a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, approachable and patient-centred.
• Punctual, reliable and committed to a full-time position.
• Willing to continuously learn and improve clinical skills.
