Key Responsibilities

* Assist in setting up, managing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google,

* TikTok, etc.)

* Support daily campaign optimization, including budget pacing, creatives rotation, and

* audience testing

* Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS

* Prepare weekly reports and dashboards to summarize insights and learning

* Conduct competitor and market research for media buying strategies

* Collaborate with creative and content teams to align ad messaging and visuals

* Stay updated on platform trends, ad formats, and best practices

* Offline Media tracking and execution

* Other tasks as requested

Learning Exposure

* Gain hands-on experience in setting up and managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.

* Learn media planning, budget allocation, campaign optimization, and audience targeting strategies.

* Develop an understanding of key performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.

* Build skills in campaign performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

* Learn how to conduct competitor analysis and market research to support media buying strategies.

* Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand how ad creatives and messaging impact campaign performance.

* Gain exposure to both online and offline media planning and execution.

* Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform features, and best practices.

* Develop practical experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment while improving communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
