Position Summary

The Kitchen Helper supports stall operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service in a fast-paced food court environment.

Responsibilities

*Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning).

*Assist cooks in simple food preparation and plating.

*Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.

*Maintain cleanliness of stall counters, floors, and customer areas.

*Restock supplies and ingredients during service hours.

*Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards.

*Assist in packing takeaway orders and serving customers when required.

Requirements

*Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

*Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a crowded environment.

*Physically fit to handle long hours of standing and lifting supplies.

*Team player with good communication skills.

*Prior experience in food stalls or hawker centers is an advantage but not required.
