Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the key bridge between HQ and European buying teams
• Supporting European buyers in product proposal submissions and internal approvals
• Benchmarking new product proposals against existing company SKUs using internal data
• Reviewing pricing, assortment overlap, and commercial competitiveness before HQ approval
• Ensuring proposals align with HQ category strategies, pricing frameworks, and business

• Coordinating with HQ teams including data analytics, purchasing administration, and operations
• Supporting SKU creation, purchase order coordination, and internal documentation
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 1 year experience as a Merchandiser / Buyer / Category Buyer
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is essential; additional European language skills will be an added advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Experience in modern retail or retail chains
