Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to the supervisor promptly.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and collect samples for inspection.
• Record production output, inspection results and machine operating data accurately.
• Assist the supervisor in troubleshooting production issues and minimizing downtime.
• Clean machinery, equipment and work areas to maintain good housekeeping and comply with 5S requirements.
• Handle and transfer raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products safely.
• Support maintenance personnel during equipment servicing and repairs.
• Follow safety rules, company policies and applicable quality procedures.
• Work towards production targets while maintaining product quality and minimizing waste.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.

Job Requirements

• SPM / SKM / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Able to follow work instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including material handling and machine cleaning.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
