JOB DESCRIPTION

Licensing & Compliance Management

• Manage the full spectrum of MIE Group licenses and certificates (new applications and renewals).
• Review and analyze new licensing/certification requirements for MIE’s business profile and bidding purposes.
• Identify and evaluate applicable grants for MIE Group of Companies.

Client & Proposal Management

• Act as the custodian for client portals, ensuring all information is updated and maintained.
• Handle the SMART GEP system (owned by PETRONAS), monitor, and respond to technical clarifications from clients.
• Assist in preparing PQ and proposals, including creating quotation numbers, new BP entries, and claim forms for the Business Development team.
• Compile, organize, and submit required company information, financial data, and supporting documents for PQ and proposal submissions.
• Follow up with clients regarding PQ and proposal statuses.

Marketing & Reporting

• Provide weekly Marketing Sales Reports (APL/PPL/PQ).
• Coordinate with related departments for supporting documents, such as Bank Support Letters, Financial Data, Competent Person Requirements, and updates on ongoing and completed projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data sources for business development activities.

Administrative & Ad-hoc Support

• Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintaining proper filing and recording systems.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the superior.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
