Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular sales calls, product presentations, and demonstrations to support assigned key customers
• Build and develop new leads and expand the customer network for Medcin Pharma’s product portfolio
• Support, assist, and advise medical professionals on the appropriate and optimal use of products
• Execute weekly sales and marketing activities in line with agreed targets and plans set by the Sales Manager
• Prepare and submit timely sales activity reports, forecasts, and updates
• Administer invoicing matters and manage consignment inventory, including stock monitoring and replenishment

Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Science-related disciplines are preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in sales or marketing within medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to operate confidently in a clinical or healthcare environment
• Exposure to a performance-driven sales environment or structured sales team is an advantage

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written, including presentations and emails)
• High level of independence, self-discipline, and accountability
• Strong time management, planning, reporting, and target-setting skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a results-oriented environment
• Fast learner with a proactive approach to continuously updating product and industry knowledge
• Possession of a valid driving license and own transport, as the role involves travelling to customer locations

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
