Job Description

• Support the Rooms Division in managing guest staying experience in the hotel
• Assist in handling guest inquiries and providing information about hotel services.
• Coordinate with the different divisions to ensure guests are satisfied with their experience.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving guest satisfaction.
• Learn about inventory management and assist in maintaining supplies for the Rooms Division.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, guest‑focused attitude.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities to manage guest requests efficiently.
• Ability to demonstrate hospitality gestures such as polite language, eye contact, and proactive assistance.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic environment.
• Positive, service‑oriented attitude with commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluent in English is a must; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
