Requirement

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required including the ability to understand and work with Mandarin language digital content.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in digital content, social media, technology and data analytics.
• Comfortable working with social media platforms and learning new digital tools.
• Able to conduct online research and translate findings into practical content ideas.
• Creative, organised and willing to experiment with different approaches.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.

Job Description

• Conduct market, audience, competitor and content trend research.
• Research content trends relevant to global and China based audiences.
• Develop content ideas, scripts, hooks and short form video concepts.
• Assist with filming, video editing and visual storytelling.
• Produce and optimise short form content for different digital platforms.
• Assist with website content and basic webpage development.
• Develop a structured end to end digital content production workflow.
• Track content performance, including views, engagement, follower growth, enquiries and potential leads.
• Analyse performance data to identify which content, topics, formats and approaches perform best.
• Apply MIS and information systems thinking to improve content strategy and decision making.
• Explore and implement automation and productivity tools for areas such as content scheduling, production and editing.
• Assist in developing a performance dashboard to monitor project KPIs.
• Maintain organised digital content, performance data and project information.
• Recommend improvements based on data and insights collected throughout the project.
