  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Experience in customer service, retail, administration or sales support is an advantage
  • Basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills
  • Patient, responsible, organised and willing to learn
  • Able to manage enquiries and work independently after training

岗位职责

  • Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and social media
  • Assist with orders, appointments and customer follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate customer records
  • Escalate customer complaints to the relevant teams and support administrative tasks
