• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment is an advantage.

• Comfortable communicating with candidates and arranging interviews.

Assist the HR team with daily recruitment activities, including:

• Posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
• Reviewing resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Contacting candidates and arranging interviews.
• Following up with candidates on their application status.
• Maintaining recruitment records and assisting with other HR tasks.
