Basic Salary: RM1,800 per month
Handphone Allowance: RM50 per month
Total Monthly Package: RM1,850

Working Days & Hours

• Sunday to Friday; Saturday off.
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, according to the assigned schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily carpark administration, filing and records.
• Process season parking registrations, renewals, payments and terminations.
• Update customers’ vehicle details and number plates in the parking system.
• Attend to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Assist customers with parking access, payment and LPR system issues.
• Prepare daily collection reports and reconcile payments against system records.
• Maintain receipts, payment records and Excel spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with HQ, building management, technicians and site staff.
• Monitor parking equipment and report faults promptly.
• Assist with site inspections and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy and attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently and follow up on pending matters.
• Administration or carpark operations experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of LPR and cashless parking systems is an added advantage.
