As the principal, you will be the leader of the centre : 

• Responsible for ensuring that the school operates smoothly, teachers are supported and developed, children receive quality care and education, and parents experience a high level of trust and confidence in johan.
• You will work closely with the management team to drive centre performance, staff development, parent engagement and continuous improvement.

• Lead and maintain the school's curriculum and educational standards.

• Ensure teachers deliver engaging, experiential, and age-appropriate learning experiences.

• Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback to teachers.

• Monitor children's learning and developmental progress.

• Ensure the center maintains a strong focus on children's wellbeing, confidence, communication, and social-emotional development.

• Encourage teachers to continuously improve their teaching practices.

• Lead, motivate, and develop teachers and support staff.

• Conduct regular staff meetings, coaching, and performance discussions.

• Build a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture.

• Manage staff attendance, discipline, performance, and daily deployment.

• Handle parent inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.

• Communicate children's progress and development effectively.

• Organize parent engagement activities, events, and school programs.
