Event & Social Media Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organising corporate events, workshops, and networking activities
• Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and on-site arrangements
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms
• Support marketing campaigns, content scheduling, and promotional activities
• Take and edit photos and videos for marketing purposes
• Brainstorm creative ideas to increase audience engagement and brand visibility

Requirements

• Local Polytechnic Diploma, University Undergraduate, or equivalent qualification
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, or event planning
• Creative, organised, and familiar with online trends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with Canva and video editing tools is an advantage but not essential
