In this role, you will be required to;

• Provide technical support to customers which includes demonstration, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning of analytical instruments.
• Provide training and after sales service support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
• Respond to customer requests and take corrective actions within target timeline.
• Liaise closely with customers, suppliers, and teammates.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and ensure resolution and proper follow-ups.
• Prepare service reports, quotations, and costing.
• Prepare analytical daily, weekly, and monthly report.
• Prepare standard operating procedure (SOP) and operating manual for user/customers.
• Must have own transport ( Car )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Masai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
