Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Engineers in coordinating and monitoring engineering projects.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain project records, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and clients as required.
• Assist in preparing engineering drawings, specifications, and project-related documents.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and progress meetings when necessary.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the project team.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and properly maintained.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and possess a positive attitude.

Internship position supporting Engineering Services operations to gain hands-on experience in engineering project coordination, technical documentation, project planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
