A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required

Preferably a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance in the forwarding and logistics industry is preferred.

Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of financial regulations, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills

Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Billing Operations: Handle all billing operations, including invoice generation, payment processing, and follow-ups.

Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports to provide insights into the company’s financial status.

Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Auditing: Assist in internal and external auditing procedures
