JOB DESCRIPTION

Dental Assistant cum Marketing

1. Dental Assistant Responsibilities

* Assist the dentist during dental treatments and clinical procedures.

* Prepare dental instruments, equipment and treatment rooms before and after procedures.

* Ensure proper sterilisation of dental instruments and maintain infection control standards.

* Assist in patient registration, preparation and post-treatment care.

* Explain basic treatment procedures and provide patients with appropriate instructions as directed by the dentist.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the dental clinic.

* Monitor dental supplies and inform the supervisor when stock replenishment is required.

* Support daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth patient experience.

1. Marketing Responsibilities

* Create and publish marketing content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads.

* Assist in creating promotional materials, posters, videos and other digital marketing content.

* Record photos and videos of dental treatments, clinic activities and promotional campaigns, subject to patient consent.

* Promote dental services, treatment packages and ongoing campaigns.

* Respond to social media enquiries and assist in converting enquiries into appointments.

* Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to increase patient enquiries and clinic visits.

* Monitor social media engagement and provide regular marketing performance updates.

* Assist in collecting patient testimonials and reviews with appropriate consent.

* Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure marketing content and promotions are accurate and up to date.

1. Additional Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients.

* Support appointment scheduling and follow-up with patients when required.

* Assist with clinic events, promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

* Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
