POSITION 1: Device42 Consultant

Salary: RM 8,000–10,000 per month

Job Summary

The Performance Tester & Regression Tester will evaluate application performance, identify bottlenecks, validate system stability under different workloads, and ensure existing functionality remains intact after changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and performance tests.
• Develop and maintain regression test suites.
• Simulate user traffic and workload patterns.
• Measure response times, throughput, error rates, and resource utilization.
• Analyze performance results and identify bottlenecks.
• Work with development, database, infrastructure, and QA teams to resolve issues.
• Execute regression tests following fixes, upgrades, and new releases.
• Prepare performance reports, test evidence, and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in performance testing and regression testing.
• Knowledge of JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar tools.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, application architecture, and test environments.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and identifying bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with scripting, test automation, and CI/CD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
