Senior System Engineer (Windows & Microsoft 365)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Support hybrid environments across on-premises, VMware, Azure, and AWS platforms.
• Perform server patching, security hardening, troubleshooting, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts and maintain infrastructure documentation.
• Ensure system availability, security, compliance, and operational resilience.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Windows Server and infrastructure administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and VMware.
• Experience supporting Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, security best practices, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools.
• Good troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Microsoft, Azure, VMware, or ITIL certifications.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
