Role Overview
The
Financial Services Manager
role is designed for experienced advisors or sales professionals ready to take on
leadership,mentorship, and business-building responsibilities
, while continuing to maintain a personal advisory portfolio.
This role is ideal for:
Advisors with
2–5 years experience
in insurance or investment sales
High-performing sales professionals seeking structured leadership pathways
Career switchers with proven team management experience
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Financial Consultants
Drive team productivity, professionalism, and compliance standards
Conduct coaching sessions, case discussions, and performance reviews
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new advisors
Maintain own client portfolio and advisory responsibilities
Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and regulatory standards

Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
