Lead the overall HR function and partner with management to support business growth. Drive HR strategy, people development, organizational effectiveness and workplace culture. Lead and develop the HR team while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any relevant discipline; major in Human Resources will be an advantage.
• 8–12+ years of HR experience, with solid leadership or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge across key HR functions and Malaysian employment practices.
• Proven experience in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management and organizational development.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong business and people acumen.
• High integrity, maturity and ability to handle confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning & succession planning.
• Lead performance management, talent development & employee engagement.
• Oversee compensation, benefits & HR operations.
• Manage employee relations, grievances & disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Drive culture, change management & organizational development.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor HR metrics, manpower costs and overall HR effectiveness.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
