Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence

Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention

Generate leads and arrange appointments to increase sales pipeline

Present products and services effectively to potential clients to drive sales conversion

Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into customers to achieve revenue targets

Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities and inform strategic decisions

Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records for performance tracking

Support business development initiatives, events, and campaigns to promote brand awareness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders

Exhibit self-motivation and results-driven attitude to meet and exceed sales goals

Apply good networking and relationship-building abilities to foster business growth
