• SPM / Diploma / Degree and above

• Minimum 2 years of experience in:

  • Collection

  • Credit Control

  • Debt Recovery

  • Customer Service

• Experience in financing, leasing, insurance, telco, rent-to-own or consumer products is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Target-driven and results-oriented.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Candidates with relevant experience but below the required education level may be considered.

• Handle overdue customer accounts through phone calls.

• Contact customers regarding outstanding payments.

• Negotiate and arrange suitable payment plans.

• Follow up on payment commitments.

• Escalate unresolved cases to the Field & Recovery team when required.

• Update collection results accurately in the company's internal system.
